When shipping your luggage in advance, please write the "Date of your stay" and the "Name of the representative of your stay (the name of the representative of the reservation)" on the shipping label (Slip).
Courier service to the hotel will be provided by Yamato Transport or Japan Post.
Since delivery to remote islands takes longer than usual, we recommend that you deliver at least 2 days prior to the desired arrival date. -

We provide transportation to and from Zamami Port for arrival and departure, and to and from the main beaches (Furuzamami Beach and Ama Beach) between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Cancellation charges will be applied as follows, calculated from the scheduled stay date.
7 days prior to check-in - 20% of room charge
5 days prior to check-in - 50% of room charge
2 days prior to check-in - 70% of room charge
100% of room charge on the day of stay
*No cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a ship cancellation.
*We will also charge a cancellation fee if the weather forecast up to 4 days in advance is highly uncertain and the flight is expected to be cancelled.
*If you are considering cancelling a flight due to an expected cancellation from 3 days before to the day of the flight, please contact the hotel. -
